The Foreign Ministry expands the geography of visa-free countries for Ukrainians. After Uruguay, Peru – Colombia.
On April 13, 2018, Sergei Pogoreltsev, Director of the Department of Consular Service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in the framework of his visit to Latin America in order to fulfill the tasks of the President of Ukraine on expanding the geography of visa-free travel for Ukrainian citizens, met with the Director of Consular and Migration Affairs of the Colonial Ministry of Foreign Affairs Lus Stella Portillia and Director of the Department of European Foreign Policy the offices of the designated country Juan Guillermo Castro.
The parties noted the need to intensify efforts aimed at signing a bilateral agreement on the abolition of visa requirements for citizens of Ukraine and Colombia in the nearest future. Agreements have been reached to provide maximum assistance in completing the relevant formalities.
