PayPal services in Ukraine soon

The international payment system PayPal will begin to provide money transfer services in Ukraine through its subsidiary Xoom.

The company announced its expansion in Ukraine on the eve of its website.

As noted, PayPal acquired Xoom in 2015. At present, Xoom services are available in 130 countries, including Ukraine.

In particular, with the help of Xoom services, it will be possible to pick up funds sent from the United States to one of the Ukrainian banks. At present, it is about Oschadbank, PrivatBank, Universalbank, Pravexbank, Bank Globus and others.

The maximum amount of transfers to Ukraine will be $ 2,999 a day, but not more than $ 6,000 per month per person.

PayPal is one of the most popular payment electronic systems in the world, which was founded in 1998 by Ilon Mask. PayPal is currently used by over 230 million users. For Ukrainians, the system has only recently been available in the mode of transfer of funds abroad. By working with the Xoom intermediary, Ukrainians will be able to receive money transfers through PayPal.
